Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your farm-to-table experience; if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products, but we will gladly replace any items damaged during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return request.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring glass bottles are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during shipment.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our mill receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
